At TutorA, we are committed to providing high-quality training and grooming services. As a policy, training fees are generally non-refundable. However, under specific circumstances, conditional refunds may be considered based on eligibility and final internal evaluation.

Refunds, if approved, will be partial, with applicable service and administrative charges deducted.
The refund process, once approved, may take up to 60 days to reflect in the original payment method.
